Terms & Conditions of Sale


Customer and Purchases – Is referred to below as ‘You’ and any purchases are ‘Your’ items

Working Days – Working days are Monday – Friday inclusive, not including Bank Holidays.

Processing Time – The number of days it takes to make your item especially for you

Dispatch Time – The number of days your item is likely to be dispatched in – sometimes it’s sooner

Delivery – The method with which your item will be sent to you.

Customs and Import Taxes – The rules surrounding importing goods and the fees to pay in the country the item is being shipped to.

Payment – The monies that the buyer sends the seller in exchange for the item they wish to purchase

Returns – when the buyer wishes to send the item back to Bubbling Juniper

Exchanges – when the buyer wishes to change their item for a different one

Condition of the Item – Whether the item is new or has been worn or used

Return Postage Costs – How much Royal Mail or another carrier will charge to send back an item

Cancellations – when a buyer wishes to stop a purchase once the payment has been made

Processing and Dispatch Time

Neck warmers – All neck Warmers are made to order with your choice of fleece lining. This takes approximately 2-3 working days.

They will be dispatched in approximately 3-5 working days.

Bags – Our bags are already made and are therefore dispatched in 2-3 working days.

Carrier and Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: Royal Mail 2nd Class is usually 2-5 working days from dispatch.

Overseas: Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times will be dependent upon your location – the Tracking information will be provided via email.

Customs delays and import taxes

Each country has their own rules, regulations and charges for importing goods.

Bubbling Juniper will fulfil all requirements necessary to ensure your item is able to leave the UK and enter the country of delivery.

Once the item has left the UK Bubbling Juniper is not responsible for its onward journey.

Bubbling Juniper is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Bubbling Juniper will ensure the relevant customs declaration is available for the country that your item is dispatched to.

Bubbling Juniper will not change either the purchase price or the description of the item contained in the package.

Payment options

Payment is through PayPal or via the PayPal credit card portal.  Please refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions via this link.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders – cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged

Any items that are made to your specific request, for example Neck Warmers that have been made to order in your chosen design and fleece cannot be returned as they are custom orders.

Pre-made Item Orders – Conditions of Return

Orders of pre-made items – can be returned, refunded, or exchanged if the request is made within 14 days of purchasing your item and the item is returned to Bubbling Juniper within 28 days in unused, new condition.

Condition on return – All items returned must be received in their original new condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Postage Costs – Return postage will be at your cost and will not be refunded by Bubbling Juniper.

Refunds – Refunds will not be processed until the item is received by Bubbling Juniper in the condition stated above.

Postage paid at point of sale – If the postage was included in the purchase price it will be refunded when the item is received in its original new condition.

If the original purchase did not include postage and it was an additional cost, the postage will not be refunded.

Timing of Returns & Exchanges – The request to return or exchange must be made within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.  The item must be returned to Bubbling Juniper, in the condition sent out to you, within 28 days of receipt.

Cancellations – Cancellations are not accepted. Please contact Bubbling Juniper if you have any issues surrounding your order, we may be able to help.
